Forums error after patch

When I logged into forums admin after patch I get the message:

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

How can this be fixed

I am sorry i posted the incorrect thing earlier. I get that above error when viewing forums when i enter the admin page for forums I get this error

phpBB : Critical Error

Error creating new session

Did you run the updaters that come with the patch. They must be run in the order decribed in the readme files that come with the patch!

Do you refer to the bb to nuke patch or the patch for Ultra I did not run the bb patches yet will this fix the error or do i go back and redo the whole thing

The you do not need to install the bb2nuke patches they are included in nCo ultra patch 3.1. You must run upgradedb.php and upgrade 17-18.php included with the nCo Ultra patch. Then you can upgrade you phpbb to the latest version. Which I believe is 2.0.19 but you must run the installers as decribed in the order they are decribed in the readme files included with nCo ultra patch 3.1

Ok I did in fact run all the updates in order and when i got to a certain upgrade I recieved an error. After checking your forums I followed the directions and dumped the nsnst_ files and installed as a fresh update. I read and re read the read me texts included in the patch but its like greek to me I did not see about the upgraded.sql file. Do I run that in phpadmin like I did with nuke.sql or something diffrent. I appologize for not understanding all the read me files. In my opinion it should be made simpler and more idiot proof, not that anyone is but sometimes people see things diffrently. Anyways sorry for rambling but at this point is the installation salvageable or do I go back to the start??
