Do i just leave "nuke" in both of those or do i do something?
The prefix is the first part of the name of each table "nuke_authors" would be an example of a table with the word "nuke" part being the prefix.
You can leave it as default (which can be a security risk) or before running the SQL query in phpmyadmin open the nuke.sql file in notepad and do a find and replace (Ctrl-h) of all the prefixes in find you would type "nuke_" and in replace you can type anything you like, "nuk3d_" for example.
