Using nCo Mod
What is the advantage of using this installation over say 7.9.
Can some members give me the web site address of sites using this instalation and/or their views on using it.

Maybe I shouldn't answer this but here it goes.
Why use it over 7.9? Easy!
It doesn't have all the security issues 7.9 has. Which by the way is a nightmare. 7.6 is widely regaarded as the most stable and secure version of phpnuke there is and nCo Ultra 7.6 is pretty much fully preconfigured with some of the most popular addons and modules around. I won't go through the list you can see that for yourself.
Think about this my site
DarkYahoo! runs Ultra with and we average almost 2000 hits a day. Have not one but 2 downloads sections with about 4000 downloads between them, about 30k members and growing on average of about 200 new members a day and nCo Ultra hasn't even had a hiccup. Absolutely no problems what so ever with the nuke install or any of the customizations we have done to it.
So yeah I swear by it and wouldn't trade it for any other version of nuke. I don't know what else to say but this. And think about it strongly before choosing which version of nuke you are going to use. But theres a very good reason why the Nuke versions 7.7+ all say

I would like to add some input.. My site is also running Nco Ultra 7.6.. I have compared it too many Php Nuke applications and will say this.. Its probably the best my opinion of course.. I feel more secure knowing that my site is secure with Ultra 7.6 I have heard horror stories about sites running versions above 7.6.. To many security holes modules don't work correctly etc.. Too much resaerch is required to keep those applications operating .. Ultra 7.6 Has all the known exploits covered especailly if you patch to the current level 3.1.. If you do not have time to constantly read and change code then ultra 7.6 is the way to go..
