second admin - limitations
hey guys,
i want to add a friend as an admin - just to post news
i know how to set it so he can only access news - but is there a way to stop him from
* Editing Super Admins News Posts (my posts)
* Stop Him from deleting anything other than his posts
* allow him to post - news submission but not to delete them
this would be a big help to keep site as secure as i possibly can.
or can anyone think of a better way?

If you give an admin access to a module then they automatically have access to all that modules functions. There is no way to have someone only have partial access to something. If someone has access to the news module then that automatically have edit and delete rights as well.
If you are that worried about it don't make him or her an admin at all. Just point this person in the direction of the submit news module. Then they can submit stories, but you will have to approve them.
