Charity raffle block help
Hey people is there such a thing as a block for paypal that after it is listed they can fill in a form and then it will email or let them print it.
Reason why is that i have a paypal block ready for a compertition on my site (not visible yet)

we want to raffle of the trip we have available but we need to be able fo people to leave there name and address and details like they are 18 and have read the rules and regulations.
Is there anything like this or how could i make a block like this.Is there anyone out there willing to help us to make this. This trip has been on discovery channel and i know we are not all about exposure or making a profit but thats all we can offer to anyone helping.
you will also be listed to the scatvassn charity that the money left over from the trip raffle will go to local kids, we gave away $90.000 over the last 3 years.
