restoring backup issues
i have a full backup of my site on a particular date and want to restore it. i approached my hosts and they assured they can do, i let them do it. but the site didn't come up anymore.
they said my data is messed up. my stand is when i took the full backup the site was running smoothly and it is them who messed up. they cannot restore it. i am in a fix. can somebody help
