Attention To NukeCode!
After browsing the net today i stumbled into a website that has themes.. made by you guys aswell as variouse other deisgners. After downloading a free theme from here and reading the GPL on it i noticed it could be distributed it for free and only for free. I respect that.. What i dont respect is how i went to this site and noticed how they were charging people for your free themes. Thats against the law ! So i made a post on there shoutbox stating the following.

No more then 2 minutes later when i refreshed the page they had banned me. I felt as though i should adress this to you guys.. Maybe its pointless for this post i just left but i feel it isnt. The site is all-themes.com ... And NukeCode im a good friends of Jason aka HDK and Rob aka Invisible and do server work for them @ vb-tech-hosting.com.. im sorry if this is felt as a bs post.. Yeah Mase we are aware of this. They have banned us off their site for demanding they remove our themes. We cleary state in our themes they can not be charged for but these people think they can do nothing but post a few themes (other peoples hard work) and charge for it. We have 1000's of items on this site and the only time we charge someone is when we do work for them like build a site. They for some reason feel the need to be rewarded for doing basically nothing.
I am affiliates with this guy... He also wanted me to design for him. Maybe I can talk to him about unbanning you guys and taking the themes off his site.
My biggest problem is just as Mase said. If he's charging for access to the themes then the designers who did the real work should get a cut. I made a number of themes that he has taken and posted on his site, I don't charge for them on MY SITE. So where does he get off charging for them? He hasn't done a damn thing but post them.
And just as with Mase when I left a message about it in their shoutbox I got banned. I don't care about the banning, he's obviously a child and must hide from the truth. I wasn't nasty either I just wanted to know where my share of the money was since I did the work, that they charge for.
Yeah you can talk to them if you want. Personally, they mean nothing to me.
Yea i totally agree Jae_9... The Bs is very childish and its really pathetic that he bans people to cover the truth.. This isnt the only plcae he has done it to i also informed nukemods.com and kenetix aswell.. Someone needs to stop the bs he is doing.. After all he didnt anything on the site but yet charges people for free things and breaks copyright infringments and that sh*t is illy... So ill be writing his host a email and be contacting them about this.. Even though he claims he is the "host" hes just a reseller and hoepfully something will be done about this..
Wow I was just on that site and was shocked and appauled at what I had seen. Another good example at a fly by night at the seat of your pants php-nuke help site if you could call it that. Only out to make a quick buck off other people's work. They have HostDime as their host so I am sure when reported the site will be shut down by HostDime hopefully....
It really sux that there are people out there like that. I have been waiting silently for the Baseball theme and after reading the message on the main page and then these posts I am really upset because now it won't be released.

I know i am new here but I am amazed at the great work and support you have here. As far as the theme's that is horse poo. Seeing that they are copywritten there are ways you can deal with this yahoo the right way through the right channels. Like you all said it is very childish and should be taken care of. If there is anything I may help with like for exaple seeing what actions may be taken or what to do I would be glad to help in anyway. This remindes me of stupid hackers that hack sites or game servers just to see peoples work get messed up. Sorry for the long post just a strong believer in this sort of stuff and would like to help if I can in anyway. Sorry to you all that has worked so hard. As for me when I am able the donation will be there. Thanks for everything nukecode.
