How to allow images in sign of posts
Hello my people i am a bit new on this so pls take it easy on me
I got my nuke up and all that but whenever i try to add a image to the nuke sign i post and then it shows like...
[-img-]http://link[-/img-]
(the "-" is just for the nuke not to make this a image link)
So i added to the allow tags in the admin of the forums [-img-][-/img-] and still dont see the image...
Can anyone help meplease
ok I think I understand what you are asking..... Try using this [img]"url example"[/img] The picture will not show up in the profile portion of the site but when you do post and you have selected to show signature you should see it..... Hope that is what you asked for

Would be the correct syntax and must be done through the forum profile, not your account.
hey thanks for helping... but i tried and still dont work.. i see the code with the tag in the sign instead of the image..
Can you possible either post a copy of the code you see..You can edit the url if you feel more comfortable... so we can see eexactly what you are doing.. The code is a basic bb code so it should work.... Also make sure that you have BBcode enabled and have allow signatures enabled.. Tho if you have the option to add a signature it is enabled.. What version of nuke are you running and what version of bbtonuke re you running that would help alot......
I had the same issue with this. The way I got around it. There are 2 profile section of nuke. There is the "Your Account" profile and when you are in the "Forums" there is a profile on the top of the forums section. Paste the [img]the url of pic[/img] into the forum profile section and save the settings. Then you should be ready to go. It seems to have to generate some code before the [img][/img] on the your account profile section. As they also said make sure in the "Your Account" profil that you have "always attach signature" checked.
happens on my site when i change admins sigs, give it a day or so, just leave the code and wait and see if it works, it will make a new code such as: insead of "[img]http://wesbite.com/images/image.gif"[img] it will make a type of code with numbers in it, that is when it will show.
Gravis is right, for images, you MUST do it in your forum profile and not in Your Account.
