when i disble email confirm for nukecode it still asks for email confirm! when i install a smtp server then it wont send the message! how can i disable email confirmation?
Ok give us some information like what version of php-nuke you are running. And just exactly what you are trying to do, I actually cant understand anything you are asking. Please be more specific with your question so we can give you a correct response.
Im using NuceCode Ultra 7.6 and people cant registrate in my web! wehn i turn off the email confirmation it still ask for the email confimation! i tryed to setup SMTP but he dosnt sends the message! please help!
Why dont you try CNB Your Account you can use it and it auto activates the account once they have registered. You can find it HERE. And I dont get what you mean when you say you disabled email confirmation on nukecode. But try that module above it will solve your registration problem and you wont have to worry about configuring any SMTP servers.

You can't turn off registration emails. If you are doing it from the forum it will HAVE NO EFFECT on whether or not the site can send out emails.
Sounds like you are on a server that is improperly configured more then anything else.
