Does this pack support php-nuke themes and modules?

Yes it does but only blocks and modules designed for phpnuke 7.9 if it is for anything below 7.9 the blocks or modules will not work.

In other words you are very limited in what you can do with it. And it still has all the security holes of 7.7+
