Off The Wall Q

Ok all, here is a messed up question. I am running phpnuke 7.6 with patch. I also have my chat through phpbb. So my question is, is there ANY way to modify the coding in the register that when a user registers for the website, they will be registered in both databases? Does that make sense or do I need to explain more? Thanks for all the help in advance!

No both registry tables have different values. The values assigned when your members register to your site will vary from the value assigned to them when they register for your phpbb board.

Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad lol... well that sucks.. i don't know if i can incorporate my chat that runs off phpbb into nuke. are the forums in nuke actual nuke forums or bb forums? or is that a stupid question lol

Its actually not a stupid question I was once told that the only stupid question is the one you dont ask. There are quite a few chat rooms out there that are compatiable with phpnuke and bbtonuke which are your forums. The forums that are incorporated with phpnuke are bbtonuke and not phpbb.

Edited by NukeCode: The forums in phpnuke are a port if phpbb and not the actual phpbb2 forums. The 2 are and are not compatable. I would NOT attempt to use a mod for phpbb unless it specifically says it can be used with phpnuke. The table structures between the 2 are completely different therefore you may find you wasted your time trying to install your chat module. You didn't even mention which one you were using, making it just about impossible to tell you if it would work or not.
