The page cannot be displayed
running nco 7.6 ultra
and somethimes i get the errors page cannot be displayed
when i log into admin
il loads the pages really slow i have to refresh lik 2-5 thimes to open any page
any help
That would be a host problem and not a phpnuke problem. It could also be a isp problem on your end. But more than likely it is a host problem.
so nothing i can do right ?... this refreshing is making me --->>> 
First thing I would do is make sure you dont have a problem with your computer. I would test your computer download and upload speed. You can do this by going to google and searching for bandwidth test. You could also contact your isp have them check out your connection for any packet loss. If all of that checks out you could contact your host and make them aware of the problems you are having. If it isnt a network problem on your end then the only other option would be to find a new host.

one more thig it could be the host
it opens any other site with no problem but my it' wonn't

I went to your site and it actually connected to the site fast and the page load time was about 3-4 seconds which isnt bad. I suggest that you notify your host and tell them the problems you are having. I dont seen any problems are far as what you have on your site block or module wise that would cause you the errors you are recieving.
i'll try and restor my pc... fresh install.. xp pro
the lest time i did restor was like 1.5 years ago u right could be somthing wrong with my pc
