.pk3 Issue
Well, I hope this post doesn't get deleted like my other question. But for sometime noe I have been having this issue. I have some .pk3 files uploaded onto my server. When I first got mythem on my site they downloaded as .pk3 in the save as window. Then after sometime they started saying .zip in the save as and after they were DL'd they were still .zips. Anyone know how I might fix this.
When you go to save it it will show you the filename.zip just change the .zip extension at the end to .pk3 and save then.
Thank you for your reply Database. That I have a post for in my forums to do that. nice little tutorial. But you know you get people that don't know as much as we do and do investigate to see if there are forum threads on how and they just download it and place it in the folder it news to afterunzipping it. Then they find out it doesn't work. Is there a way to fix this and what might be causeing this. Only does it with IE it seems not Firefox. Thanks again.
When you upload it just change the file name if it changes it once you have it uploaded. Or have people use FireFox.
