Feedback Dropdown Box
Is it possible to add "Radio Buttons" or "Dropdown Boxes" to the feedback page? I would like to give the boxes about 5 values that, when chosen, they will also email the selections checked to the admin.
If it is possible, where do I get the instructions?
Is this an addon module?
