What this mean, and how do I do it?
3-chmod 777 folders:
modules/coppermine/albums
et modules/coppermine/albums/userpics
4-chmod 666 file:
modules/coppermine/style.css
FYI, I am trying to install my coopermine gallery inside of nuke, instead of linking to it from mu site.

USe yoyr FTP client to chmod those files to the proper permissions. You would need to refer to your FTP clients help files to find out how to do it.
