Blocks - Having problems with a block? Code doesn't work, get help here.
create new block and module with new table
I have an idea of what I want and have searched high and low. I have a set of rules that I would like displayed after clicking a rule in a block that would activate a module. It is basically a database that contains a few different fields.

officials mechanics
signal pic
I would click rule 1 in the block and in the center the four fields would be displayed.
any suggestions on what I can do to create this? Can I modify any existing blocks and modules?

Can I recommend using the content module and content block for what you are asking. It sounds like it would work perfectly without creating a headache.
That is the module i've been looking at modding. off topic I had to change my screen from goodcall to heyref I was looking at the theme generator and the blackout really blacked me out and everything i did just put me back to a blank screen.
