How to create a theme.php
I've been trying to edit different tables.php and theme.php files to match a theme I'm creating and none of them work properly if at all! I get blocks down the left side of the screen, center blocks almost down to the footer and last but not least no footers. Can someone tell me how to create a theme.php file, you know what goes into it and where the data comes from?
I've been told I can create them in dreamweaver but I wasn't told how to go about it.

Thanks Seven I've read that I don't know how many times and still it does not answer my questions which are where the table values come from!
I need to know if the values are extracted from a file and placed in the theme.php and tables.php, I figure they have to come from somewhere in one the html files and if not how do you come up with them?TekSerMan
