Shoutbox question
A very short question, but I'd like to know it before I screw up:
Teh readme-file of the fsbside-black shoutbox says:
I try to make it as user friendly as I can, good news is there will be
// no editing any existing files at all. Simply upload all the contents inside
// the html folder. Then point to the install.php to your browser, example:
// www.yoursite.com/install.php. The install.php is located in your nuke root.

To which folder do I need to upload it? I guess the HTML-folder of my website or am I wrong?

Upload contents of the HTML folder (in the zip file) to root (where the config.php file lives).

im a little hesitent, i would think that the new admin folder would override my old one and what not, wouldnt that screw stuff up?

This question is in relation to what .. installing a shoutbox or just in general ?
I just installed it and I am not able to type anything. What is going on?

What version of Php-Nuke are you running, does it have any patches applied, did you check your mysql database to see if the tables are there

Hi guys im new to this stuff ive just installed the shoutbox but i get this error
sql error:select*from nuke_quiecom_shoutblock order by id DESC LIMIT.Array
can anyone help plz

From the decription of the Qshoutbox:
For PHP-Nuke 6.5-7.6... We will not support this shoutblock if it is installed on any version above 7.6

iam running phpnuke 7.6
would like to have the quiecom shoutbox 2.4
i have tried all the other shoutbox but couldn't find anything thats good inough for me
but i can't get it installed
is there anyone who has seen quiecom shoutbox 2.4 running?
anyone able to get it working??
Quicomm shoutbox is OLD Extremly old, we no longer support it, if your server is running php5.x.x then odds are it will NEVER work. Use shoutbox 8.52 it's in the downloads section. It's essentially the same as Quicomm with some really cool functions added.

i got shoutbox 8.52 running
only i got 1 problem
after i added fsbcenter-black
shoutbox is not showing the message in the box
it does show everything in shouthistory
i have delete all the shoutbox files and reinstalled it again
but it still doesn't show the message in the box
anyone got an idea?
fsbcenter black is not compatable shoutbox 8.52 with and is in fact a completely seperate block.
All I can say is I have no idea what you are trying to do.

all did work fine but after i installed fsbcenter black
the shout box is broken
so i deleted fbscenter back and shoutbox 8.52
and reuploaded the files of shoutbox 8.52
but now it doesn't work anymore
when i sent a message in shoutbox
it show itself in shouthistory but not in the shoutblock itself
