Can't Get Security Patch To Work
I uploaded a fresh copy of php nuke 7.9 to my site and I wanted to be safe and get the patch going. But after I uploaded the patch my forum and member list stoped working. So I had to put the old index files back from the forum and member list to make them work again.
Didi you run the updater that comes with the patch? updatedb.php I believe it is called.
I took the hole thing and reloaded it. Then I uploaded the patch and ran the update like you said and all went well, except bbsessions failed and thats the error I get for the forum can't accsess bbsession keys.
How about a link to your site so we can see what is happening?

The forums and member list wont work. but they worked fine till I added the patch. When I ran the update, all tables loaded fine, except for bbsessions.
I can not see anything wrong with your forums. What is the exact error (WORD FOR WORD) that you are getting when attempting the upgrade?
