html codes not working in Messages

in my messages HTML code is not working. where and how to make it work?

am using 7.5
recently could not access admin.php
i replaced the admin.php and detected this after the replacement

Are you sure you are running 7.5. This error isn't very common in 7.5 However it is very common in 7.7+ I would run Analyzer on it to be certain.

I recently upgraded to 7.9 and now I can not link pics in html.

Is there a fix for this?
