What version of php-nuke is your site running ?
php nuke 7.9

Php-nuke 7.7 and above use a WYSIWYG editor which means what you see is what you get. That editor unfortunately strips any links to images and the sort from all of your posting.
Then how can I get pictures on the site? If I upload the pictures to my own server and use that link will it work? Or is there any other solution?

Me personally if this is a new site and you dont mind redoing it I wouldnt use use any version of php-nuke but 7.6 and below. Since implementing the WYSIWYG editor there are more security holes in the builds above 7.6 than I could even care to mention. I will check on seeing if there is another solution to your problem. But that WYSIWYG editor is a pain in he a$$.
Where do I go to download 7.6 then. Is it the nco motified 7.6 ultra? I WANT MY PICTURES!
btw thanks for the help!
Do you know if there going to bring in a fix for this..
Would I be right in thinking that PCN Random Images Addone v1.0 would still work.
or is there another version that works better
Thanks for your time Dave

Yes it should work the WYSIWYG editor only applies to the Stories area of your website and shouldnt affect any blocks or modules that you add for pictures.
