Theme Modifing
My question has to do with changing a Theme that is already out.. I downloaded the BiZ-2-0 Theme from here and at first just changed some minor things but after all was done I pretty much changed everything so before I make the site live I was wanting to know if it was all under the GPU agreement since I have left the theme name intact and creadited theme name in the footer or if I have to try to contact the person who created the original and get permissions..?

The footer I do not believe would be in violation but the header is what I am really wondering about. Thank you for any thoughts or advice on this.
