Nuke News Messed Up - Help Plz

Hi i've been running Nuke for a while now but i have a issue with nuke.

Whenever i post news (As admin) or a user submits news for approval etc
Slashes are added throughout the article where apostrophe's are etc.....

And also slashes are added to links etc

I've tried alot of things to fix it but with no luck yet id appreciate any help
