Invisible Category: Sommaire
I want to make an invisible category in sommaire. I want Only Admins to be able to view it. Is this possible?
Go into your admin area click on modules then find the module you want to and click on edit then click on the drop down box for this module can be seen by and choose Admins Only and then save.
Yeah, but can I do this for links too? And this is sommaire we're talking about right?
If you set the module links to admins only. Then only admins will see them.
But doesn't that affect all links?
I don't think you are fully understanding (perhaps I will write a tutorial about this)
Within modules administration. (not sommaire) set the permissions on the module(s) you only want administrators to have access to "Admins Only" Then activate them.
Once you have done that. Set them up in sommaire and only the admins will see the links. I do this on my site with the submit news module because I only want admins to submit news articles. It works great and is the simplist solution.

Ah ok, I got it.
But what I want to do (totally not sure if it's possible) Is to make an admin category in sommaire, so you can jump directly to blocks admin, forums admin,... from the homepage, using sommaire.
You know it is easier to just use
| Code: : |
delete the index.php from your browser url and just add admin.php it will take you directly to the admin page. Plus with what you want your admins have to be logged into the admin panel in order to see this link. If you go in your blocks there should be an Administration block just use that and it will take you directly to your admin section.
hmm, maby it's beter the way it is now, lie you say.
