how do i change the colour for letters when people read an article ( i want to change the letters coulour that people can post a comment )
Be more specific.
You want to change the color of the font for the comments?
Or for the article itself?
For the article you can use html.
Try something like

For the comments I have no idea.

This is controlled by whatever theme you are using css file. You would have to edit the comments section of it.
