php auto welcome message for 7.6

hey people and sevan im looking for an auto message sender that will send out a message to new users in there PM box like a welcome message i am runnning 7.6

also i have the Nuketube Mod in english fully working how do i get it on nuke code since people will want it lol its the mod that allows users to post youtube videos in to albums and let members rate them
