Looking for someone to Create a Theme
Hey there im looking for someone who would make a City of heroes theme for my Clan we are looking for a total cost of $150.00 So if your interested post here please or if you know someone for me to talk to post there info please. We use nCo ultra 7.6.
Would the theme artist have full creative control?

as long as it kept with City of Heroes Stuff I would say yes but would probly like to see what you have in mind before i say yes or no.
