3.1 patch Forums problem
I just patched a fresh 7.6 Ultra to 3.1, when I visit my forums I get these errors:

Judging from the number of errors you have and the numebr of posts it would appear that you either deleted some stuff before uploading the patches OR some files got corrupted during transfer.
At this point all you can do is redo the whole thing from scratch.
The css errors tell me the css file is missing and it doesn't even get overwritten during the patching operation.. Assuming you are using the patch for 7.6.0.3.1
Delete nothing before pathing. The patch is
NOT A FULL INSTALL! You overwrite with the patch and even then you only do so
AFTER MAKING A FULL BACKUP of the
SITE and the
DATABASE.
I would delete everything and start clean.
I am going to do just that.
The css file is there, but I losst my english language file.
It looks like a lot of files were deleted when I uploaded all the patch directories.
Redoing everything from scratch worked!
My FTP program deleted a lot of stuff the first time around.
