Mass Email question
When I send a mass email (Newsletter) there is a footer in the actual email that reads;
"=== You're receiving this email because you're a registered user of . We hope that this email didn't disturbed you and in some manner contributes to improve our services."
Where is this located so I can change the message?

replace xxxx with whatever language you care to change.
