I would like to change the options on my header but can't seem to find the right file to do it in.
Instead of the general choices that most themes give you such as: Home Your Account Downloads Topics Forums
I want to change some of them and perhaps add one or two.
If you have any ideas of where I could look to find where to change this, I would greatly appreciate it.

That would depend on your theme, You would need to edit one of the following, header.html, theme.php or header.php
