I have a member delete his account and his posts are still showing in my forum center block.
when you click on them you get there is no posts. How do I remove them
know I shouldn't let peaple delete there accounts, but I changed so how do I
associate them with someone else or remove them

You would have to dig through the database to delete the posts. This is why we don't let members delete their names. the tables you might want to look at are:
_bbposts
_bbposts_text
